This app has changed my life. I’ve never felt so much peace, ever. I really thought this couldn’t be possible…. I've had a complicated relationship with food and my body for as long as I can remember. I was constantly trying to lose 5lb, non stop, never happy with my body, always skipping dinner or breakfast…. Would wake up and think about how guilty I felt about what I ate the previous day, comparing myself to everyone on Instagram... and I honestly thought I was the only one who felt this way.
But then I found Thora, and it's like everything clicked. This app totally gets it. It's helped me understand why I do the things I do around food, and explained how unhelpful it is to constantly criticise your body…. and it's given me the tools to actually change.
The tapping exercises are my favourite even though they seemed stupid at first…They help me so much when I'm feeling stressed or having a major craving attack. The program and hunger scale have helped me learn to listen to my body and stop eating when I’m full, game changer!
I'm still working on my relationship with food because it’s never easy but I feel so much better about myself and my body. If you're struggling with food and body image stuff, I 100% recommend this App!!! Seriously life changing

I've been on like a million diets my whole life like low fat, counting calories, shakes etc. I'd lose some weight, feel totally miserable and restricted, then gain it all back (plus extra, ugh). I was always thinking about food, feeling guilty about what I ate and hating on my body 24/7, and it was SO exhausting, mentally and physically. I felt like such a failure 😩
Then, I found Thora. Honestly, I was kinda skeptical at first, but I was so desperate for something different that I was like, whatever, I'll try it. And I'm SO glad I did. This app is totally different. It's not about losing weight, it's about healing your relationship with food and your body which is like, mind blowing, right?
I've been using Thora for a few weeks now and the content is great! The lessons on intuitive eating are so eye opening, for real! I'm learning to actually listen to my body's hunger and fullness cues, something I haven't done in yearsss, and I have been enjoying the the EFT tapping exercises to help me deal with cravings and when I feel like I don't love my body.
I'm so happy I found this app, I feel like I'm still deep in the diet culture but I'm already becoming more aware of my habits and beliefs! I wish there was a community internally or something to talk with other people, but otherwise, really great app, highly recommend!
