A complete insurance scam. No one tells you that each time you open this app, you and your insurance company will be charged for a remote monitoring service or a telehealth visit. After realizing this, I have been spending months (multiple emails and phone calls because the onsite staff can not do anything about this situation) trying to get their disorganized billing department to remove the visits and charges from my insurance plan. The billing department repeatedly blames the insurance coverage and claims department, but when I asked to speak with that department directly, I was told there was no way to contact them. I still have no clear path to resolution. Have your physical therapist print you a copy of the exercises instead. And note, one of my charges came from me trying to figure out in the app if there was a way to contact their billing department about removing the charges. I got charged for a visit while I was a passenger in a car for an eight hour trip clearly not doing PT at that time.

This app has helped me stay on track with my at home exercises and it has helped me communicate with my virtual therapist to adapt some exercises. The user experience would be better if the app allowed the user to mark streaks of previous days as completed (I’ve requested this in the feedback several times with no success)

I think the interface needs to be updated to at least have a way to check messages sent to you as a patient. Twice now I’ve received emails telling me that my provider sent me a message and I should check it in the app, but there’s literally nowhere within the app to look for a message, there’s only a way to send a new message to the provider. Other than that, though, the app is great for reminding me which exercises I need to do each day, and the video clips showing how to do them are very helpful.
