I’ve used the Zepto Café app a few times now, and honestly, I’m done with it. There are serious issues that make the whole experience feel shady and unreliable. First of all, the prices of the same items are different on different phones. I compared the same exact order on my phone and a friend’s — and we were being charged different amounts for the same products at the same location. Why? No explanation. It feels deceptive, like they’re quietly experimenting with dynamic pricing behind the scenes. Second, the app itself is buggy and frustrating. It lags constantly, crashes during checkout, and often shows items as available when they’re actually out of stock. It’s clear that usability and transparency weren’t a priority in the design. To make things worse, some of the “deals” are completely misleading — you only get the discount if you order a very specific item combo, and even then it doesn’t apply half the time. For a brand that promotes convenience and tech-forward service, Zepto Café’s app feels rushed, inconsistent, and borderline unethical when it comes to pricing. Definitely not worth the hassle or the hidden costs. Overall Zepto Café feels like a rushed side project riding on the brand name with zero focus on food quality or customer experience. Definitely not going back there are far better apps
I ordered at 1:39 pm and zepto claimed 12 min delivery. Its been 2:20 and I asked support team to elaborate the issue. They support person was arguing for so long that you will receive your order as soon as possible and wasting my time ans asking me continuously do you want to cancel the order as its not dispatched yet. I declined that and told him I don’t want to cancel it. Then suddenly at 3:07 I received refund of 2 products out of 3. So basically the products are out of stock and still they took to order, I waited for more than 1.5 hours and mainly without my knowledge they refunded. I didn’t ask for cancel my order or anything. 3 persons called or messaged on support and saying same thing they will forward this problem that’s it. - without my knowledge they refund me. - if products are not available then you should mark it as out of stock. - I waited for so long and received nothing. Very bad support from team, continuously saying one thing and was not able to solve the queries, doing time pass and frustrating you. Worst experience ever that I faced with Zepto.
Zepto has cracked the formula of delivering without spilling and ensuring the coffee does not go insipid by the time it reaches their customers. Their packaging is unbeatable and their cold brews taste as it would if one was to pick it from a barista’s counter themself. Their Vietnamese coffee is my all time favorite - and costs under Rs. 200/- for a tall glass! Simply Rocking!!
