I had hell of an experience last night. Ordered 3 dosa and received 2 vada. When I raised this to customer care they said this will take 4 hours to resolve, like seriously??? And when I asked that what do I do till then ? I mean this ain’t any cloth shopping mishap, I ordered food and now am I suppose to sit hungry or what. Well guess what they suggested, asked me to eat Maggie. Well the suggestion should be that maybe I should’ve ordered from Zomato or Swiggy, even if such mishap would’ve happened there as well, I am assured it would’ve been resolved last night only within half hour. Andddd not only this, I kept my calm gave these guys 4 hours to resolve this, woke up this morning after 9 hours to when I complained and it’s still not resolved. And they are calling this “priority” case, I wonder what kind of nightmare experience other customers must be dealing with. It’s ridiculous man, and now the customer care don’t know by when it’s going to resolve since it’s last there TAT. Don’t download this app, don’t order from them, one mishap and you will be struck with no resolution. I will make sure to do a long complain to consumer court for the mental strain I went through.

Recently, only I got to know about magicpin and started using it and the beginning I said it is okay very good but recently last two days what is happening in this app, I really don’t know. Literally they are like cheating on us. Simply. No use of this app ! today, what happened is there I ordered for 2 combo n I received only one ! contacted with the customer support. They were like it might take up to 8 hours to sort this problem. I don’t know what does that make sense. even I said I don’t wantr refund you can just give me food, even that is not possible for them. Because they mention they can’t arrange a delivery partner. I don’t know what is this support Yeah recently day before yesterday what happened? Is that one guy not one guy delivery partner at 20 minutes, I didn’t got anything so that I came here. I don’t know why he came here without food. Does this makes sense is the thing what you guys are doing? I don’t know. Even the customer support is very bad. like literally these people doing something, can’t even explain a party like I don’t think this is a good helpful customers. I never put reviews on any apps or anything, but I have to say this because of that reason
