Gamefound

This is for all the people who feel like giving the hard working app developer 1 star rating for an initial app release. Not sure why people feel the need to trash on an app when the developers are trying to make the experience better.

After years of waiting the TLDR is this: this took way too long and severely under delivered. There is nothing useful about it. It adds nothing to the experience of using Gamefound. I’m glad to see they’re growing (maybe - more on that at the bottom) but I feel the latest updates are throwing way too much content at you with no ability to clearly filter, interpret or understand the content. The app, like the website, is a total mess. It used to be a clean user friendly experience but as a very enthusiastic early adopter and frequent user of Gamefound I’m very disappointed by what I’m seeing from them lately. The worst part is they seem to think these updates are good and giving users what they want which is even more concerning. Makes me wonder if the investment in the platform is worth it or if it’s time to start boycotting projects in hopes it gets the platform’s attention.

Looks just like the web app but loads much faster can also set up notifications instead of receiving emails
