This app is steadily getting worse and worse. When you open it instead of being able to go to the brand you want it slow scrolls to the left and you have to manually prod it along to get the one you want. It also will show items in stock with a green dot and when click the item its page won’t let you order. Or you try to order an item and go to check out and the sale crashes due to overwhelming demand. And let’s not forget the most important day for Star Wars and it was a total S show for everyone but the Bots. And how does a preorder sell out like the Cantina Set. Definitely not a company for “The Fans”. Hasbro could care less

The app is behaving as if I’m in the UK; only displaying items available in the UK and in GBP (£). To be clear, I live in North America. I have contacted customer support several times and was told to uninstall and reinstall the app which was the first thing I did before contacting customer support. I’ve done it again since and it’s unchanged. I am able to sign into my account but can’t navigate the app without it sending me back to England—which would be nice to be fair; it’s lovely this time of year.

Title says it all. Orders won’t load, prefilled phone number can’t be edited and has to be corrected each time you check out. You can never tell if there’s an issue checking out just gives error message too many orders checking out, try later. Should be easy fixes but the issues remain
