I like the idea of the app. It is private and you can self host it—which can be difficult—but all your data is stored on your own server. Some of the features are not working quite well, unfortunately. I get errors for training logs and using the nutrition part of the app is difficult. The barcode reader never works for me and searching for the items can be tedious. Also, a lot of the information in the nutrition area can’t be seen because it doesn’t scale to the size of your phone. So, it’s somewhere off to the right but not visible and you can’t scroll to see it. For the workout section, it would be great if there was footage of workouts being done with correct form. It would be an interesting feature if there were workout routines posted somewhere public so you could try other people’s workouts. Still, I’m interested in the project and I hope more people will contribute to it. We need an app that doesn’t sell all of our data for their own gain.
