I really like how easy it is to track my meals and stay on top of my nutrition goals. The app not only shows you how many calories you need daily but also helps create a personalized meal plan. There are so many recipes to choose from, and the AI suggestions make it even more fun to try new dishes. I love that I can instantly add all the ingredients to my grocery list—it saves so much time! Overall, it’s a simple, smart, and super helpful app that makes healthy eating effortless.

I love that it can automatically tell you how many calories per day you should be eating to achieve your goals, and it allows you to meal plan right in the app. Plus there are TONS of recipes - and the pro plan uses AI to generate new recipes based on a theme of your choice, and gives you all of the nutrition information. Then you can just add all of the necessary ingredients to your grocery list from there. It’s amazing! Super streamlined app that makes nutrition so easy!

I love tracking my daily meals it’s just how I am able to stay on track. Honestly this app makes it so easy to use. I’ve used different ones but this one is amazing. The AI feature is awesome. The recipes and the grocery list are so easy follow. No more having everything in notes and not being able to find it. Definitely a 10/10 for me.
