Training & Gym App: Lock In

This app has been a game changer for my fitness routine. Locking my distracting apps until i finish my workout forced me to hit the gym and stay focused. The personalized plans makes it feel like I got a trainer guiding me, and I love being able to see my strength and weight progress over time. I’ve tried plenty of other apps like Fitbod and Strong but this is the one that really keeps me consistent.

This app was a game changer for my fitness. The app blocking gets me to the gym, the workout routines feel like having a personal trainer. I use the workout log every session to track my strength and weight progress, it’s super motivating to see the numbers go up. I honestly feel stronger each week, it keeps me consistent in a way other apps never did.

Locking the apps feature is cool I actually went to the gym bc the apps locked on my phone. Workout planner is okay the fitness assessment was really cool to see. Been doing the recommended workout.
