I love Ironwood Flats. It’s been my dream apartment ever since I moved to Brandon but at the time I couldn’t really afford to get in and now since I have a better job and I am able to somewhat afford it it’s a little tight, but I’ll do anything to keep it paid. I love the security. I love everything about it. It’s an amazing apartment. I think it’s the best ones and Brandon Florida thanks so much for letting me be aboard the first month where I had to pay last month with a little rocky because somebody hacked into my account my ex-boyfriend and took $1010 out so it made it a little rough for me, but they slowly gave it back and so I’m on straight path now so I’m good thank you guys. It’s an amazing place to live.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I highly recommend this app ! Best one stop shop for managing rental ! It's user-friendly, efficient, and has made tracking repairs a breeze. I have use a lot in the past but nothing easy simple and straightforward like this . Definitely a 5-star experience. Only improvement area : I would love to be able to have notifications on when the maintenance is scheduled and when it’s done.

We had a couple of things that we needed done in our apartment and we were so happy that they got right on it. It was done in a great amount of time and did not take days to get to and the young man that came was a wonderful young man even with the extra mile for thinking about the Nelsons😇 this work was done on September 23, 2024…
