I’ve been going to High Profile for a couple of months now and the only negative thing I have to say is regarding their app. (That’s why I only gave 4 stars) I wish it was a little more user friendly and easier to navigate. But back to the dispensary itself… The staff is always so kind and helpful. The prices aren’t bad and they usually have plenty in stock. And let’s not forget to mention the drive-thru … If there was another window that served some fast food, it’d be the go to dispensary. 😂

I love the store. I hate the app. It is not user friendly at all. It is horrible. It takes so long to find what I want to order that sometimes it’s just easier to go to the store and do it that way. The developer of this app clearly does not use it. If you click on “ edibles” then change the drop down from “most popular” to anything else in the drop down it says it has no products in that category. Then don’t have the drop down! It’s not even easy to start shopping in the app. Click on shopping and you have to click and search all the buttons just to try and find what you want. On iPhone it blocks most of the screen with the store and address and other nonsense and you are scrolling and shopping with a now inch window. This app has so many problems I could go on and on but instead the developers should put the app in the hands of regular users and see what happens. All they need is a “shop now” “type of product” and filters. I don’t want to have to scroll through tons of items I don’t want to TRY to find what I do want. Horrible. Waste of time. Please fix this app and make it as great as the store itself. Or at the very least make it useable.

The app and the store are amazing but the issue with the app is that it doesn’t recognize if you’ve already have an account so you are always prompted with the most annoying sign up button on the left side of the screen. No way to get rid of it as it’s always in the way of names and prices. Would rate higher if there wasn’t always so much stuff on the screen. Please get rid of the constant prompt to sign up please
