This app is so simple but it is honestly a game changer. I used to doom scroll whenever I was met with uncomfortable feelings. This app allows me to reflect on how I’m feeling in the moment and to then mindfully recenter myself. The game is fun, but most importantly, it helps me to get into a flow state so I can stop myself from spiraling into a panic attack. This is truly a tool everyone should have in their back pocket to turn to when they find themselves beginning to spiral and need a simple, engaging way to recenter.
