Nothing Bundt Cakes

The app works great, and I appreciate it. However, when choosing a pick up time, if a time is not available, it should tell you that as soon as you pick it, or even better, not let you pick it at all; versus, how it is now, which is that it doesn’t tell you that time is not available until you click “place the order”. So, I had to go back-and-forth choosing the next time, only to find out that none of the times were available, and the only choice left that finally worked was the ASAP. This equated, too many needless steps, which intern, led to user frustration because I clicked on all of the times for the entire rest of the day, to no avail. It would be great if you could please fix this. Thank you, and happy new year!

Love NBC but what a useless app. First of all, there are no descriptions for the flavors. You have to visit the website for that. Second, why do you force customers to register a credit card to obtain rewards points? Stop being greedy about my personal info and just award points based on the email I had to provide for the app. On top of that, why do you limit the types of cards that can be used to register with? For example, you can pay with a Discover card but cannot register a Discover card - what the what?! Also, when ordering multiple items, you can only add one item at a time and then you have to go back through the ordering cycle to order another item??!! The website allows you to simple add the next item from the same screen making the app a less convenient way to order. Finally, the Order History section does not work. I placed an order and although I received an email confirmation there is no mention of my order in the history. Again, what is the point of the app if it only makes it more difficult than the website??!!
