I have an account and yesterday I couldn’t remember the password so I reset it, but it still didn’t let me sign in, which made me think that I typed it wrong when I reset it the first time, so I tried to reset the password again but I wasn’t allowed to because I typed in my password correctly the first time, so I stopped and tried to sign into the app with the password and it didn’t work, but then I deleted the app and redownloaded it and it let me sign in, but now today I try to go back into the app and it signed me out and I tried to sign in again and the same issue happened. And I even put in both the email and the password correctly.

Constantly have issues trying to use rewards, charges you extra to order through the app (who still does that?), and with the latest update, I can’t even login to check my points anymore. I know my pw works, I can login with it through the website, but the app won’t work and I can’t even reset the pw to try that. Used up my e-gift card, also a pain to use, and will use the website to order my last freebie. Then I’m done. How do so many of these companies still not know how to make these apps more convenient for people?

So my daughter and I walked in to your establishment at 3:18 Aug 13th, and two young ladies greet us with big amazing smiles. The customer service here is so amazing. I really appreciate service like this, This is what establishments are missing warm and welcoming. I wish there was a tip jar every lil bit helps in this time of need. Awesome location thank you…
