So we updated the app. Cool. But it’s still SO BAD. First, can’t zoom when on the main feed page, it does a weird center thing OR it clicks and opens a listing. Second, you all removed the city location of the item from the main feed listing, so do you want less sales? Like make it make sense. Third, allow for scrolling through photos on the main feed without opening the listing item. And fix the “click on photo to enlarge” bc that is ….. stupid. Four, stop making me login every 15 minutes if I click “KEEP ME LOGGED IN.” Fifth, FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY STOP SENDING ME EMAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now adding sixth, when making a winning bid - you don’t even know if you’re winning 😂😂😂 like men had to have designed this. I already know it was men. Seventh, notifications don’t work. If you literally click on the bell icon, nothing happens. So if you manually go to notifications on the webpage (not the app bc there isn’t one!! Go figure!!) it will say SMS notifications are turned on but they are not. So you won’t get a notification if you’re outbid.

This platform already charges a buyer’s premium and takes a cut from the sellers—so why am I looking at sportsbook banners and sketchy “Continue” buttons like I’m on a bootleg streaming site? It seriously cheapens the experience. The whole “support seniors and sustainability” message is nice, but it’s hard to take seriously when it’s sandwiched between gambling promos and spammy-looking display ads. Still worth using. Just don’t accidentally click yourself into a crypto scam while trying to bid on a used end table. Take some of the ad revenue and hire a programmer that understands how to develop an app.

This app can be great, and some of the sellers are really on top of it, and they get your item shipped to you right away. But the majority of them take FOREVER to ship, if they even ever ship the items out! It’s not uncommon to receive items 6-8 weeks after the auction. And the one auction I really wanted to win, it looked like I had won, I submitted my $2200 bid, and somebody else submitted a bid for the SAME AMOUNT RIGHT AFTER MINE, and somehow they won. Contacted the seller, no response whatsoever. Contacted support for the app and finally got a response, that there was some kind log tech glitch? I think it was rigged, it was for a $10,000 ring. I’ve had several items that haven’t shown up at all and the seller isn’t responsive to my contacts. You can find great deals sometimes but you really have to look every other day $ you have to accept the risk that you’ll never get the items you paid for. The 3 great sellers one here are the reason I keep shopping. The rest of them act like they’re doing you, the buyer, a favor and they’ve got no time for politeness.
