I have submitted my application if not mistake in June but until date my account has not been approved. I love the concept but without experiencing or trying out what Mile has to offer I can’t give an honest feedback.

Do NOT use this if you’re in the US, or honestly anywhere after the customer service I just experienced. They don’t tell you where your item is shipping from so you get crazy tariffs from UPS when it arrives …… I also cancelled my membership, they locked me out and continued to charge me and then when I asked for a refund they said they had no record of my cancellation….. feeling robbed in more than 1 way.
