I don’t know what’s more fun:)... Watching my favorite streaming shows/movies or just perusing Mr. Porter!! The merchandise is truly intriguing and of the highest quality. Mr. Porter carries virtually every high end brand so it can sometimes take me hours to finish shopping or, sometimes, just browsing. The Gucci slip ons that were delivered to my hotel in NYC while I was vacationing from home in New Orleans and staying at the Langham Hotel (a truly magnificent hotel) proved invaluable as I followed every morning workout in the exercise area with time in the spa because I love to steam. Well, I surely had the best footwear there! Thanks, and your staff has been very helpful as I have had to return at least one item because sizing of clothes is sometimes difficult on the Internet because, obviously, one doesn’t have the opportunity to try on a garment. Also, your garments tend to run more towards a “skinny fit” which “look” I don’t really like as I’m a bit more “traditional,”not to mention that I’m not built that way. While I’m not overweight, I’m built, let’s say, “athletically,” and, accordingly, “skinny fit” and I are not compatible either by size or by my taste. Mr Porter is the worst online retailer. I had been a loyal customer since 2013 with no issues until this year. In February, I ordered a $35 T-shirt, returned it immediately in new, unworn condition with all tags attached, and then heard nothing for a month. Only after I followed up was I told the item had “staining and additional signs of wear” and was being shipped back to me. I was very surprised and anxious due to the complete lack of communication during that month. After several back-and-forth conversations, they agreed to “make an exception” and accept the return as a “gesture of goodwill”. These all happened before I received the shirt back. When it did arrive, I noticed a minor stain, but only after very careful examination. Given their minimal packaging, multiple shipments, and a month in their warehouse, it’s impossible to say where it came from. Still, since they had agreed, I returned it again and got my refund. I thought the matter was resolved—until today, when I placed a new order and it was immediately canceled, even under a new account. Customer service informed me that both my account and all of my addresses had been blacklisted, with no further explanation. This is how Mr Porter treats a loyal customer of over a decade: narrow-minded, unprofessional, and punitive. I now have no choice but to never shop there again—not that they’d let me even if I wanted to.

I got a random ad for a sale on Instagram, decided to try it out. Ended up loving the entire app, from the deals to the products available, filters, and especially- their customer service. I placed an order for a shoe, misinterpreting the women’s for the men’s size. So, when I called and ordered, they had no problem canceling it before it went to be shipped, and I received the other items I purchased. I’ve yet to see the refund, but I look forward to using this app more. Thank you!
