Hello MyyShop Support Team, I am experiencing a serious issue with my account. I am unable to log in or proceed with any action because I keep receiving an error message. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as logging in from another account/device, but the problem remains the same. This issue is preventing me from accessing my account and continuing my activities on the platform. Simple setup and clear instructions. The app is easy to navigate and works well for earning and tracking rewards.

This would be such a great app if the process did not take so long to complete a collaboration and receive payment. One collaboration can run for more than a month and then it takes fourteen days just to process the payment. As creators we should not have to wait this long to get paid, especially with the mandatory two week period that the post must stay live before the payment is even eligible. After that the brand can still take several more days to add the funds to the wallet. Some brands also take weeks to approve drafts which makes the process feel unnecessarily long. Once the speed is improved I will be happy to update my review because I genuinely love the app.
