Senser: Hassle-Free Returns and Excellent Customer Service
I recently ordered a pair of Bottega Veneta pants from Senser, but I made a mistake with the size chart and they ended up being too small. To my surprise, the customer service team responded to my return request right away. I got the return label, and the item was picked up without any hassle. I felt a bit embarrassed about the mix-up, but Senser handled it smoothly.

Great Selection on Senser's Website, Despite Pricing Confusion
So far, I'm really enjoying the selection on Senser's website. They have a wide variety of items, which is great. However, a little bit confused at price. For example, some sizes of the same item are discounted while others are not. I guess it's just the way things work with different sizes.
