I’m beyond grateful that this product is available to people to buy!! It’s been helping me so very much!! I’ve had the device and-scents about a week to two weeks now and I’m on anxiety meds and have only had to use my anxiety med like 4x since I got the device I used to use the meds all the time! My goal is to get off the benzodiazepines and I will if this device and the scents continue to work for me as it has been now!! I wish this was available to those who cannot afford the device and scents as well! Like I wish it was available through programs to help pay for it or insurance but maybe someday! Don’t know what I’d do without this and being able to have the chance to try it and see how it works! My breathing is more regulated with this device as well and I’m learning and have been with the help of a psychologist that I’ve know since I was 18 and I’m 47 now to breathe when under stress and anxious instead of hyperventilating and this device helps do just that!! Thank you again to the person’s persons who came up with a device like this! I’m beyond grateful and beyond excited to continue to see whew my journey continues to go while using this product!!

I quit vaping after being a 22 year smoker of Nicotine as well as cigarettes, this saved me from “relapsing” and buying another vape. I quit smoking the vape cold turkey which I knew would be hard because of the oral fixation, and this has been such an important replacement. As a lifetime smoker who smoked mainly for the act of sucking on something over the nicotine itself, I can say this- you need breath more than you need the nicotine. I have learned that when I am stressed or overwhelmed, I was using the nicotine to self-soothe through sucking (yes, like babies do). If you start replacing your nicotine sucking with breath sucking, you’ll find you’re calmer and more able to tolerate stress throughout the day. This device teaches you HOW to take deep breaths and you may realize you never actually knew how to breathe properly before, like me! Whether you need to quit smoking or just need help with your mental health, this works for both. Good luck and invest in yourself, invest in this.

I took a questionnaire at my annual check up and turns out I’m stressed and anxious (aren’t we all). As a part of a treatment to help me manage this, my doctor prescribed me CalmiGo. I was extremely skeptical that this would help because I don’t have panic attacks and the device seemed to be focused on breathing which wasn’t something I considered my anxiety to manifest through. Boy howdy was I wrong. The device was delivered on one of the most stressful days of my professional career and I noticed a huge difference in my mood after trying it out for the first time. I now use it before bed and anytime things start to feel overwhelming. The app is cute but a little buggy, overall though I like how it’s a gamified anxiety treatment. My one wish is that I could set a timer for less that 3 minutes but I’m sure that’s a magic number for a reason. The device is incredible and the customer service team is AMAZING, overall I’m extremely happy with CalmiGo!
