Cannot get enough of this place. They are always so kind to me even extended their delivery so I could get delivery at my home. I will forever be grateful for that.

I love canal coffee but over half the time they advertise a deal or promotion, even if it says available in the app, there is no way to add the deal during checkout. It makes mobile ordering pointless during a promotion. Just a little frustrating! And when you’re paying for a mobile order with a gift card and have multiple gift cards, it doesn’t show you your balance on the gift cards during checkout.

I like the app and the layout of it is very user friendly. One suggestion is to allow the previous order history to display when purchasing in store and not just for online ordering.
Also I don’t see a menu in the app, but maybe because I always drive to my nearest location to order?
