The young lady who took my order was so friendly and polite and greeted me with a smile! Also, the service is great. A different young lady brought me my meal and she was also very polite and friendly, as well (with a smile). She also asked if my order was correct and if needed anything else. (She didn’t just deliver my food and go away.) Since I am kind of sad today, both of these ladies made my day much better. ♥️ The food is so delicious, fresh and HOT!! My new favorite place to eat!! Oh, also great price. Since I am retired and a senior citizen, the mini meal is perfect for me. ♥️ Showmars is fortunate to have employees like them.

Our expanded family have been customers of Showmars for over 10 to 15 years now. And a couple of very valuable characteristic is “ A Great Product at a GREAT Price, Courteous , but Professional Staff that Represents Your Stores, as well as Your Consistently Prepared and Quality Food Products do"! Thank goodness that for the period of time that we have been coming to dine with you, we can truly say it’s been a consistently prepared product and represented by some of the best people in their local areas. They are as nice and thoughtful as they are professional and thorough. How you are able to match these ingredients both on the serving tray as in the uniform, is beyond me, but whoever you are doing keep doing it “you know Whatever isn’t broken , don’t try and fix it much!”. And in closing I am all for expanding you footprint, but if and only if you can CONTINUE TO REPLICATE EXACTLY, the food product and the people that, take your orders, purchase and prepare you product, and serve and clean up afterwards, so I will tell you any link you break in the chain called “ SHOWMARS “, will weaken the entire chain. We go to the Showmars on Providence Road near McKee Rd and it has become one of our family’s favorite places. The manager Ari (sp) is excellent and a real credit to your company! I can’t say enough about him!! He is a valuable asset to Showmars. He makes certain that every guest is served quickly and the staff is extremely customer friendly with wonderful attitudes. They assist with every need, all The way down to holding the door open when you come in and when you leave and always thanking you for your business. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is always pleasant and comfortable. If I could make suggestions to Showmars I would suggest that you introduce clam chowder as a soup. I would encourage you to just give it a try. Maybe try it on a Friday as a special. As a seafood product, It certainly would be compatible with your other popular seafood servings which are a major part of your menu as well. Panera serves clam chowder on Fridays but only as long as it lasts. It differentiates them from many other restaurants and encourages people who are accustomed to eating seafood on Friday to come there. Who else serves it? Just give it a test in a few stores, (hopefully this one), and see how it works. Maybe just on Friday untill it runs out (like Panera). I believe you’ll be very pleased with the effect on sales, customer reaction, and profitability.
