I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order after ordering it on the app. The only reason I downloaded the app was I thought it would offer loyalty rewards like Zaxbys, McDonalds, etc. The app waited until I tried to start an order before asking for my personal information. The server even made a smart-aleky remark after I told her it took too long to prepare my order.

As others have said, it only has a few locations available on the app, so it’s practically useless for most people. Even if you did want to sign up for an account, it won’t activate the submit information button on the sign up page once you’ve filled everything in. I’ll gladly update my rating once the app is fixed!

I live in Georgia and have 2 Guthries within 5 miles of home. Yet when I use tha app to do an online order the only location choices are over 300 miles away. They know how to cook breaded chicken I reckon but fail miserably at making a competent app.
