Papa Gino's - Order Online

I ordered a sandwich and the app let you put in what you want on that sandwich when I went to pick up the sandwich I got out to my car and good thing I was eating the sandwich in my car and not going back to work because the sandwich is plain, and they didn’t put on anything that I ordered, I went back into complain. The girl behind the counter, took the sandwich, handed it to the Cook and he just opened the sandwich and threw everything in there. The sandwich was cold. It must’ve been made before my pick up time that I scheduled I even ordered the sandwich I also placed a large order last Saturday of several pizzas and a sandwich and those are all wrong also ! I will never be returning to this Papa Gino’s

This is the most fantastic restaurant you could ever go to their pizza is amazing. The staff is amazing. The delivery drivers are the most fantastic delivery drivers you could ever ever want to deliver your food fast courteous on time friendly this restaurant their food is always hot and delicious. They did greet you with a smile. You just can’t ask for a better pizza place fresh fresh food I just can’t say enough. God bless you all. God bless your families and they’re probably the best pizza place in the state of Massachusetts that I’ve ever had North Adams hands-down besides Village. if you can’t get a pizza from Papa Gino’s, go to Village, don’t ever go to Romuntos

The offer for a free pizza with a beverage purchase for downloading the app does not work! The locations cannot refund money, they need to email headquarters. So it'll he days to get a refund! So the old not new looking app and website was much, much better. *Also: the developer did not get any input with the operation end itself. So the orders are frequently coming put wrong because the tickets come out in a confusing manner. Therefore any change to your order will probably be interpreted wrong, the restaurant local to me is requesting a call. They also send out the orders only every 15 minutes. Not ideal for a restaurant when they're busy (or even if they are not. These are things that the developer should he consulting the company for! And if it's the company that directed these changes, turn they should really try to get in touch with the locations!
