I’m a loyal customer. I love UNOs. I’m on the points system but redemption of the points seem to be up to the discretion of the server. Once I went and had points expiring at two different times. I asked to use one set and when I received my bill the server had used all. I was told that I couldn’t separate them. I knew that wasn’t true but choose not to argue. The last week I had two sets expiring within days of each other. I asked to use both and was told I couldn’t and had to pay for the order that should have been covered by points. There should be a set policy for redemption of points.

I don’t like complaining unless it’s well-deserved and my most recent experience with this app has left me so frustrated. I tried placing an order with the app and upon submitting the order the app said to logout and log back in. I checked the Recent Orders and saw nothing there so I assumed it didn’t go through. I tried placing the order again and the app said to logout and log back in. I checked Recent Orders and then both orders showed up! I tried correcting the issue with the Uno’s restaurant, but they said I have to cancel the order through the app. Unfortunately, there was no way to cancel the order, so the restaurant’s solution was to process one order and not the order and they asked me to dispute the second charge with my bank if it appears on my bank statement. Both charges appear to be posting soon. This is clearly Uno’s fault and the frustrating thing is there was no contact info in the app to call Uno’s Corporate to correct the problem.

The app itself is decent for ordering online however having a rewards account here is basically useless unless they’re giving you BOGO. I keep getting coupons for free appetizers but can’t use them as I have a gluten sensitivity. Tried to do the garlic bread app on a gluten free crust and they wouldn’t. Speaking of which, please allow your guests to order the baked stuffed chicken. You used to have it on the menu as a gluten free option and still have the rolled chicken but can’t make the dish anymore without pasta? (Or so I was told last time I called.) Used to eat here 3-4 times a week, now it’s becoming maybe once every two months because of how little they’ll do for those with allergies.
