I love breathe with James I’m so happy they finally put it on an app! I’m hoping he brings back all of the old breathework sessions, it seems like what is uploaded is all very similar, looking forward to new/longer uploads and different breathing techniques!
A lot to spend on just a few breathing exercises. There isn’t much variety- I click on the different sessions but they are the same thing. Use the balance app instead that’s free for a year and each session feels fresh.
