Rapid Tapping

I just adore Poppy & this Rapid Tapping app is like taking a big breath of fresh air when things are spiralling. I would love to be able to have this on my desktop so I can switch it on during the day when I am trying to be sans phone. 🙏🏻♥️

Not only great for mornings! I take 1-2 minutes before and sometimes after meetings to tap! This is great for focus, releasing tension, and you will enjoy the “head hug.” This is also a great alternative for spiritual people that want to leave the religious stuff behind and really “tap in” to their inner space. Nice start!
