On an iPhone 14. This app is comically unstable. It crashes every time you add a measurement or scan the meter or change screens or do just about anything else. The fact that they’re not rushing out patches on an emergency red alert type of schedule to get the stability higher is baffling. Must have outsourced its development and now are stuck with not being able to make changes or something weird. It will get the job done. But be prepared to re-open the all 2 or 3 times to get your meter read most times.

I have been using this app for about two weeks to track my pets glucose and insulin dosages. It has been working great with a few quirks. I will note I am manually entering his levels. I wanted to test the app before I bought the updated meter. First tracking is pretty easy. I am able to log his glucose and insulin with no issues. It does ask me to enter the insulin and syringe type every time, which is a little annoying. This probably could be something you can set as an editable default. Many pet owners only need to change this info if the insulin changes. It also could be a pull down. Also, I wish there was a just a simple notes log. Something for the pet owner to just write general notes to self or notes that the doctor might need. Pulling reports is useful, that’s a great feature. I just wish I can customize what I pull. Like date range, insulin dosage, glucose numbers. In the glucose reports tab, when I’ve pulled a few it alway defaults to the last 6 months and doesn’t include his insulin dosage. I found another report in a different tab location that does put the the glucose with the insulin dosage, but it includes the needle type and makes the report really long. Time and dose is all you need. Consolidate all reports in one tab. Hopefully this app improves more. This is a great tool for pet parents with diabetic animals.
