As a cybersecurity expert, I'm concerned about MobilePay's practice of displaying users' full names during transactions. This approach poses significant privacy risks, exposing users to potential data breaches and personal security threats. By making full names visible, the app could inadvertently facilitate unwanted contact or even harassment. Additionally, this transparency can undermine anonymity in financial transactions, especially problematic in professional settings. MobilePay needs to offer users the ability to limit the visibility of their personal information, enhancing both privacy and security within the app.
MobilePay used to be so intuitive that everyone could use it. With the new version that is all gone… I don’t think I need to go into details here. You once designed a good app, so you know what to do. Please, please revert some of the changes…my mom calls me every day to ask a new question about MobilePay.
Not sure exactly why the UX had to change for new functions so much — the last interface was much more intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.
