I don’t know why someone gave this app a 5 star … I selected to do tele health visit for urgent care .. it allows u to select the time and then u wait and nothing happens…the app just spins with a weird memorial back ground .. and the wait time is never right for express care when you go to see how busy the office is.. it might say 1 but you get there and it is 10… I don’t understand how this app is allowed to be so unhelpful to folks during a time when things are super busy for everyone due to Covid

They’ve added other services to the department such a laboratory and I think radiology. I was the “second” patient on the urgent care list, and 40 minutes later, after watching at least 7 people be called and go back for things, they finally called me. They need to add those “other patients” to the number recorded on the app, so people can decide whether or not to go somewhere else or come in. I would have left had I been told the amount of people who were in front of me.

This app does not work. I used the “on my way” feature when leaving my house and clicked the “arrived” button when I was there. They have no record of either. There were supposedly two people waiting when I left my home, but now I am sixth in line and they don’t care. The app is good for nothing but false hope of quickly seeing a doctor for my daughter. Very disappointing!

Urgent Care
You can use the app to locate the nearest Memorial Care clinic offering urgent care services and see how many people are waiting, as well as check in before leaving home using the “On My Way” feature.
If a clinic visit doesn’t fit your schedule, use the app to launch a virtual telehealth appointment. Using this convenient service, you can talk to an experienced Memorial Care provider via secure video link and get a diagnosis and treatment plan without leaving your home.
Patient Portal
Use FollowMyHealth or DMH Chart to access your health records, view test and lab results, request prescription renewals, talk to your doctor and more.
How It Works
The first step is to create a profile within the Memorial Care app. This profile will include your name, birthdate and basic contact info. Your profile also allows you to add dependents and create emergency contacts. Your dependents and emergency contacts can also save their spot in line using your Memorial profile. The app displays all your upcoming and past appointments.
