Ordered two parts that were to be delivered in 2 days. An engine component to get the car running again and an air filter. Received the air filter the next day. Received a message at the end of the second day that the other had shipped. Received the part 2 days later. The box that the part was in, looked like it had gone through the offensive line of the NFL! When I peeled the part out of the box it had previously been installed on another car and then repacked as a “new” part. 20 minutes on hold to talk to customer service. I spent another 20 minutes on the phone and emailing pictures of the box and part to them. I received $40 off of the $250 part, or return it and wait a possible 5 days more to receive a replacement. No thanks.
I just found a NEW starter for my 30 year old vehicle. This is a big deal. Everything I’ve seen so far are all REMAN’d (remanufactured). I used this app instead of my preferred method, which is online. I have no complaints. I’m really fussy and picky about the way things work in general (and on a computer in particular); but I didn’t experience the problems others did here with the previous-screen issues. I will say that there appears to be a sync issue with online and through this app. I had initially put an item in my cart online...it failed to show up here (yes I was signed on in both place). Easily solved by simply adding it. Easy to use and simple. Sounds good to me.
I had ordered what I thought was catalytic converters back exhaust system. Within minutes I had called and asked to confirm that the exhaust system included the converters and found out that they didn’t so I cancelled the order. I was told that the ordered had been cancelled and that they didn’t sell the system that I was looking for. A few days later I received the exhaust system that I had cancelled and was told that I had to pay the freight to return it. The freight cost me $130 and now waiting for a credit that I have been promised of $761 for the system shipped in error. This makes me feel that this is a very shady company and shouldn’t be trusted. Buyer beware.
