I’ve bought many parts from JCW, and I recommend everyone I know to check out their prices before going to “Trash Auto” or any of the other local parts stores. Parts arrived fast and the only problem I’ve had with fit was when I ordered the wrong part.

Yup, went to the local Toyota dealer for plugs for my recently purchased used Prius. Dealer didn’t have them. But they could order them for about 2x what JCW has them for. So.......found them on the app, ordered them, and it only took a few clicks. Good app.

I am absolutely beside my self! I was sent air lift air bag system for a 4 wheel drive pick up when I have a two wheel drive pick up! It does not say anywhere on the app that this will not fit my vehicle! I entered my vehicle make and model on the app and it gave me the list for my vehicle. I ordered the one I assumed fit my vehicle because it did not say at any point that this part would not fit my vehicle! I did not discover that this part was for a 4 wheel drive until it arrived and I looked at the install directions. So now I am being told that it is going to be at my cost to ship it back! I am very disappointed in the customer service that it can not absorb the cost of shipping! I did my part to ensure that I was ordering the correct part! At no time did it say it was for 4 wheel vehicle only! So you have a huge problem with this app!
