出票问题严重错误
已经两年了，两个人同时为我买了同一班机（相当于我一个人同时买了两个座位）退了一张票还扣了费用。快要两年时间了，通过何种网络和电话渠道，到现在都联系不上一个人工客服。海航真的是我见过最差的航空公司，没有之一
