We are sssooo regret purchasing air tickets fr tis company ;(( We are going to cancel the tickets.
Their website switches back to Chinese @ a sudden, no contact whatsoever: either emailing that will take 2days for a reply, or calling on out of country phone # then get disconnected. Imagine, how painful it is 😡
Do Not use this airline company! We are warning all travelers!
