Trying to play this game but don't know how to get pin

I have won a decent amount of money at times. The issue is the glitchy app. For 2 weeks the piggy bank pot has been glitched out and not working. I have reached out 2 times about it. They want to even give the time of day. Zero response or communication from them!

I love playing this game. I’ve gotten 2 $500 pay outs from free pay alone. Only issue I have is sometimes the game is glitchy or will freeze. Hope this gets resolved soon. Keep up the great work!
