I just started gambling about two months ago and I have a whole bunch of apps that I have been recently deleting because I found some good ones. The ones that don’t just take my money and this is one of them. I cashed out for the first time on January 23 for $350, they’re supposed to call within 48 hours the first time you cash out to verify it’s you if you missed the call or expedite your payment they give you an 800 number that you can call. I called the number and the woman on the phone barely spoke. English was of no help at all and kept speaking in circles. Just said I needed to keep my line open for when they called. I called a week later still no phone call still the same runaround it’s now been 16 days and I still haven’t gotten that verification call. When I called today, she said well because you verified online already we have submitted a request to the verification team to just put your payment through so now it has to go to the approval team !!!!!!! WHAT?? if the money was owed to ding ding ding or I wanted to play a game I don’t get to tell them I will get a hold of you in 48 hours and let you know when I’ll pay you and then not get a hold of them for at least two weeks no they want their money now and I want my money in the allotted time THEY said it would be. I am more than patient, but this is ridiculous. Customer service speaks broken English and says the same things over and over and over circles, I asked to speak to a supervisor because of the issue and she said there are no supervisors available. They’re all busy with other customers, and I said I would wait. Well, that doesn’t work for us. I’ve given you the information they can give you so other customers are more important than me. I’ve reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I have emailed them. I have called them. I have given them more than two weeks, and they have not even attempted to respond to me. I’ve cashed out with two other online casinos for the first time since this incident and I’ve already gotten my money. Do not waste your money or time on ding, ding ding.
