I had booked an appointment with them. No one showed up, no one called, and I was left fasting for 14 hrs. There is no good way to contact them, their chat assistant doesn't work at all and their phone number didn't work for hours as well. From their website I was asked to use the App to find out atleast 5+ breaking issues in their App. It's shocking to see how a customer facing app can be so heavy on bugs. I can't find my scheduled order, I can't load my account, their chat bot does not respond, benifits page keeps throwing error, support calling does not work. This is very unprofessional specially after having tie ups with corporate. Not a single reason to use them again.

Please work on your OTP delivery mechanism. Every time i get logged out of the app, the OTP delivery becomes an issue for relogin. It does not even get delivered and manual support is always required from you backend teams. This does not happen with other OTP based apps from the same location at the same time. No option to login via email, like you have in your website
