My health and medicine bills are now 80% reduced. I now don’t have to worry about costly and senseless branded drugs. The authentic generic drugs provided by zeno are life saver. Please don’t compare it with food delivery or other startup. It is is medicine sector that too with very less margin, more functionality and infra will mean more costly medicine. Please keep everything as it is, if possible please ship the medicine across country

Your customer service department doesn't have sense to talk to the customer. They are very rude, 0 politeness in the tone and unprofessional. Its the 3rd time wid me i am experiencing this and this time was pathetic. I spoke to one of yur executive miss pooja there and she had no respect, no empathy for the medicines which were not available at yur end. She was too rude to handle and eventually i had to disconnect the call without even listening to her all for MY medicines. Start some call monitoring things there or some pip platform so that executives can learn Disappointed!!!
