Vidal is the worst health insurance I’ve ever had.
Nothing is simple straight forward, everything is manual.. need reimbursement? Just forget, Vidal makes your life hell and don’t ever think of getting your money back. Need your health insurance card?? Call support guy, and get it in your Watsapp after 2 days. Want to upload docs? A guy will walk in twice a week to your office, hand over the docs to him. 🤣😂

All other tabs work in app.. but when it comes to claim it not even load ..I am going to report this my organization … very complicated
