One of the Worst app for day to day use until spending out of the loaded amount at least.
Firstly the registration for a new card doesn’t even work, which is the sole purpose of the app. The app crashes as soon as you submit registration Card expiration month and year field is joke - if I select March , the month appears as 02. Is the quality bar that low? Middle school kids create better apps these days. Regret buying this card, as the card was declined for no reason too at point of sale while I was on an international trip, which again is the sole purpose of the card. Cannot reach customer care because the number doesn’t exist. App doesn’t work. I can’t make purchases, so looks like I have no other choice to buy to let go of thousands of rupees that I spent loading this card up. Would give a -100 star review if AppStored permits. Shame on the company Thomas Cook, shame on the Product FXNow.
