I am extremely disappointed with the Scapia Credit Card app and its application process. I applied for the card in April 2025 with a strong credit score and history, but my application was rejected without any clear reason, resulting in a hard inquiry that lowered my score. Three days ago, I received an email claiming the rejection was due to a technical error and was prompted to reapply. Trusting this, I reapplied, only to face another rejection with no explanation, causing yet another hit to my credit score. This is unacceptable, especially as I’m preparing for a home loan, and these inquiries are affecting my eligibility. The lack of transparency and repeated errors reflect poorly on Federal Bank’s ability to manage credit applications. I urge potential users to be cautious, as this app’s process can harm your credit profile without justification. Please address these issues and provide clarity on rejections!
