After submitting my request along with all the required documents, there was no communication or update from the team. The app continued to show my documents as “pending.” When I contacted customer service the first time, the executive assured me that they had received all documents and that the status would be updated shortly. However, after waiting 24 hours and calling again, a different executive asked for an additional document. By then, I had already lost confidence in the process and decided to exchange the currency directly at Chennai Airport. The experience was disappointing, especially for a simple and small transaction.

Highly recommend getting Indian forex cards on Apple Pay which will make it easier for payments in foreign countries.
