I chose Thomas Cook for my vacation because I expected a professional and hassle-free travel experience. The package was booked and paid in full approximately one month in advance based on the itinerary that was initially shared with me. To my surprise, the finalized itinerary that was later provided had an entire day's activities removed. I have been trying to resolve this issue for over a week and have repeatedly sought clarification. The response I received was that the itinerary is "subject to availability." While I understand that certain components of a tour package may occasionally be subject to availability, it is difficult to accept that a full day of standard tourist activities—activities that are regularly operated—could simply disappear from the itinerary after full payment has already been made. What is most disappointing is not the change itself, but the lack of a satisfactory explanation, proactive communication, or an immediate effort to provide equivalent alternatives or a clear refund for the missing inclusions. I hope Thomas Cook reviews this matter seriously and handles such situations more professionally in the future. As things stand, this experience has significantly affected my confidence, and I will carefully reconsider (also suggest others) booking future vacations through Thomas Cook unless the issue is resolved satisfactorily.

Overall the commitments made by the company was not full filled. Booking process is very bad as no proper assistance is provided only through mails you have to do everything. After taking all payments they change flight schedules. After all bookings they charge heavy Money exchange rates. And they don’t provide full information before the tour that there is lot of travel and very less of sightseeing specially in Europe packages. Hotels are very far away from cities and you can’t experience any city life and night life. Overall their tour experience was ok but their are very hidden things which a customer should know before booking. Thanks
