The teleconsult is a life saver. I did not have time to sacrifice 2-3 hours for the sake of a 10-min office consultation. A 4-minute teleconsultation was fully sufficient.

This app is less than useless. After you go through the process of filling out your details, occasionally the app will crash and you have to start from the beginning. To make matters worse, sometimes the reception counter does not recognise the queue number and revert back to a number that they manually issue, making waiting time very long. Raffles Medica really need to get their act together. This app is not fit for purpose

Save your time by booking your appointment over the phone directly with the clinic. The app system and the clinic reservation system do not talk to each other. This app gives false booking information. I got to the clinic only to find out it was closed and my reservation wasn’t recorded.
