I have never had an app that I have to reset 4 to 5 times a day because I can’t keep its connection. I don’t know what the problem is, but somebody needs to do something.
I am using the app with the pedometer. Both are connected and active. As I am walking it will just disconnect and lose all my progress.
I’ve been using this pedometer and app for a month, and I have noticed that every Sunday you cannot sync up the pedometer with the app. When you try to sync the app, it goes through the process, and then the app shuts down and closes. when Monday comes the pedometer can sync back up with the app and all your steps from Sunday will show up.
