I don’t understand why I am seeing ads for this app whenever it is opened. I am a paying customer with a subscription! An improvement in the ad system would be for the ad to be on mute for subscribers so it is not playing the sound at full volume immediately when I open the app. Right now I have to make sure the volume is off before opening the Smartz app or else it’ll be playing the video full blast volume and it will annoy everyone around me. I am sure every other user has been caught off guard when the app suddenly plays the add video abruptly playing loud noises whenever it’s opened.

After the most recent update; my Zmodo cameras are nothing more than paper weights! I used these cameras to keep an eye on my grandmother. I didn’t need 24/7 recording or anything like that. I just needed what Zmodo once offered just by purchasing their security cameras. Which was a measly 20 seconds notification. I guess they thought this would force people to buy their cloud storage subscription plans. It did the exact opposite for me. I forced me to switch to a different camera with better quality, 24/7 free recordings with SD card, and much cheaper premium monthly plans.

I’ve been looking for an app that had multiple views and I’ve seen it with other cameras but now I’m really excited that this one has this view and as far as I’m concerned a major selling point and definitely awesome. Thanks for the upgrade. Thanks for the forward thinking ideas that now we all can benefit from! -JohnnyMac
