I’ve used the app for free for a couple of months now and it works well. However, the ads seem to be taking over. I can’t even open the app without an ad coming up and monopolizing the screen. On my phone, no way that I can see that I can skip the ad and get to viewing the camera feed. On the other hand, on my iPad it works quite well and ads are minimal. By the way, it’s the same ad for a game over and over again.

App works fine. I see a lot of connection problem reviews but my 8 cameras connect good. Especially to be at least 100 yards away from my router. They do have a buzzing noise sometimes but that’s from having a weak Wi-Fi signal. The AI works good so I don’t get many false alarms. All in all I’m pleased

I wished I had read reviews before buying. I bought a set of 7 camera but can’t install after spending the most part of my Saturday. Installing, deleting and reinstalling with no joy and no chat communication whatsoever. Very unhappy as I planned to have the cameras installed before going on holiday. Another camera bought using the V720 App became a lifesaver. Very very unhappy about this and it makes me suspect the company as a scam or interloper cashing in on the unfortunate customer. Be careful and I won’t recommend
