I’ve had my camera for about 5-6 months and it’s been great… I had to set it up cause something keep attacking my chickens. I have it recording every 30 secs for 30 secs. But my recording are NOT staying for 7 days. Even though I have the premium. And it stopped recording and now my chicken is dead and don’t know what got it… I have good signal and can’t seem to find the problem… don’t know if it’s the app or camera but definitely on y’all’s end

We’ve had the camera for about eight months. We had an answer at our house tonight while I was away. My wife was home. Somebody tried to open our front door and she tried to call the police I got home. I went to the drawer where I had the camera because we were kind of still decide where to put it, and I said it on the windowsill. Turned it on set it up As soon as getting the app and everything connected, and it said that the camera needs to go through a firmware update update took about 10 minutes There’s a lot of setting issues I had everything on the motion tracking the other systems the notifications I got no sound, but there was a notification message on my notifications on my iPhone I checked in the app and there was a file to be viewed for an event of motion capture When I went to click on the file or you kick me out of the app or not open, and the file wouldn’t open Some of the settings would fail about two hours of having the camera on. I checked the app and it said that there was another firmware update I screenshot it the previous firmware version and the new version numbers. after the firmware completed I checked the firmware numbers It said it showed the numbers were from the previous version. It didn’t update to the new version that was different numbers when I would click on check for updates that says that I’m at the current firmware update. So not a fan of this camera yet

I don’t know if it’s the app or the camera but I’m assuming it’s the app— but there’s so many problems. I’m paying for the subscription so I can save and view the recordings, but lately it hasn’t been recording clips even though I know that someone has walked in front of the camera. Also, when I get a notification that there’s movement, I often will immediately click on the notification to go into the app and see the live feed. However, it takes like 8 years for the live feed to actually load, sometimes I just give up because by the time it loads (at least 2 full minutes later) the person is already gone. What’s the point of security cameras if you can’t check what’s on the camera ?????

If you do not agree to the service price adjustment, you can cancel this automatic renewal service in accordance with these rules; if you do not cancel this automatic renewal service, the subsequent charges deducted by the relevant entity will be based on the adjusted service fee; if you are subscribing Cancellation within 24 hours before the expiration of the period, the relevant entity may deduct the service fee for the next subscription period based on the adjusted service fee, and then stop the withholding service. 5. Puwell can also stop continuing to provide you with automatic renewal services according to the needs of its operating strategy. Your Cloud Plan service period will terminate on the date of the expiration of the current service period.
