App has been easy to set up, responsive and has a good quality video stream. However, on the latest update they removed the ability to review SD storage recordings, apparently to force you into their cloud service subscription. If your product includes the SD slot and was already functional, I don’t see this change as a positive, consumer friendly one…Ironically, upon verifying the SD card, the camera is still recording to it, it’s just that the ability to view the recordings (that was posible before version update) has been scrapped.

Wow this is so easy to use from any location I would highly recommend getting one if you are looking for a great security camera system 10/10 every time .. thanks for a great easy to install product.

Camera is actually a wonderful camera. Despite all the negative reviews. I purchased one about a year and a half ago and the 1080 picture comes in crystal clear. Also the night vision is better than the camera I spent $200 plus on. I am impressed with the overall functionality of it. it has held up impeccably through the two bitter cold Michigan winters I subjected it to. Up until recently I had zero issues or complaints. The camera stopped working (after two years). I contacted customer service who was extremely quick to answer my email. They must have a 24 hour customer service office because it was at an unusually late hour I reached out to them. They were way helpful and actually are sending me a replacement. They no longer make the model I had originally purchased so they are sending the upgraded version free of charge. Great company, look forward to doing business in the future! Thanks Septekon!
