If your seeing this that means you bought these cameras without being told on the product that a premium service will be required for some features and you will be restricted to SD CARD SAVES AND PHONE STORAGE. There good for single cam recording if you can provide ample storage or recording on multiple devices and pc applications are unclear if available. Will be replacing these cameras as soon as possible to avoid have to have a service for anything like clouds or anything like that better detections. When I buy a product, I expect to get the full service out of it unless it actually states a premium service is required.

I installed the app and went to register. The app just stayed stuck on a white screen and you couldn’t go any further. This is the only app to control the camera so without it it’s pretty much useless. I tried it again the next day and the app was back online and was able to register no problem. The only thing I can think of was that there was some sort of internet blackout to the China servers. Anyways, I was able to pair my camera with the app and got it working. I have to admit that after that brief frustration initial period of set up, the camera did work pretty good. Picture is very nice and the motion tracking works well. I’m half and half on recommending this camera. I like the features and the picture quality. When it’s working it works good. Will there be server downtime again? I can’t say. Just remember to read their terms of service because they do collect information such as assignment of personal number ID for identification and facial recognition and more. So it’s up to the individuals if you want to be exposed like this.

The camera provides high resolution images and videos in both day and night. I use it to monitor a bird nest in backyard, garage, and front door since it is extremely easy to install and to move to different places. It has both white floodlight and IR for night illumination, 2-way talking function to serve as a digital doorbell, automatically event detection and saving to cloud, and multiple family member accessibility. In general, I like this device very much and plan to add more cameras to my home to form a system. The only improvement good-to-have is to add an App for the PC environment.
